Now Accepting Kaiser Permanente Insurance for First Responders in Colorado

I'm excited to share that Harley Rose Clinical & Forensic Services is now accepting Kaiser Permanente insurance for therapy services throughout Colorado.

When I started my private practice, I chose to operate as a private-pay practice because I valued the flexibility and individualized care it allowed me to provide. However, I also recognize that the cost of therapy can be a significant barrier for many people. Quality mental health care should be accessible, and I never want finances to be the reason someone doesn't receive support. Accepting insurance is one way I can help make therapy more available to the first responders and law enforcement professionals I serve.

At the same time, I understand that some clients prefer the additional privacy and flexibility that comes with not involving insurance. For those who wish to keep their care completely separate from insurance, private-pay services will continue to be available.

I specialize in working with law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS professionals, dispatchers, and other first responders who are navigating trauma, chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and the unique challenges that come with high-pressure careers.

Many first responders spend years carrying the weight of difficult experiences while continuing to show up for others. Over time, that stress can begin to affect sleep, relationships, mood, concentration, and overall well-being. Therapy provides a confidential space to process those experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and regain a sense of balance.

As an EMDR-trained therapist and former crisis co-responder who worked alongside law enforcement officers, I understand the culture, expectations, and stressors that often come with first responder professions. My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping clients achieve meaningful, real-world results.

Services are provided virtually throughout Colorado, making therapy accessible no matter where you are located in the state.

This is just the beginning. In addition to Kaiser Permanente, I am currently in the credentialing process with United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna, with the goal of expanding access to care for even more first responders and law enforcement professionals in Colorado.

If you have Kaiser Permanente insurance and have been considering therapy, this may be a great time to get started. I offer a free consultation to answer questions, discuss your goals, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together.

Whether you're struggling with a specific incident, cumulative stress, burnout, relationship challenges, anxiety, or life outside of work, support is available.

I look forward to serving first responders and law enforcement professionals across Colorado through both insurance and private-pay options.
